All of us stress out at Christmas! The very time of year we should be stopping to smell those Christmas roses! Hopefully, this humble list of de-stressors will bring you peace and joy this holiday season!
Silent Night!
If you are stressing about which family you should spend Christmas with, please remember those people who are unfortunately, spending it alone! Thinking of others as cousin Tom tells his worn-out Christmas joke for the 30th straight year, goes a long way in helping you realize how fortunate you really are!
Tip #2
God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen!
Pace yourself. Always! Racing around the mall after driving around and around it for an hour for a parking space isn't restful! Baking 20 dozen cookies in one day is insane! Waiting until Christmas Eve to wrap your presents is horrific! (I know! I've done THAT one!)
Tip #3
Santa Claus Is Coming to Town!
And so are the relatives! Delegate tasks once they arrive! Don't let them get away with sneaking to the movies when the beds need made or the dishes need doing! You have to make a stand! If you don't you'll spend Christmas morning in bed with fatigue!
Tip #4
O' Christmas Tree!
Easy does it on the decorating. Have a tree decorating party and get the help you need! Serve cookies and coffee and be done with it! Use paper plates and paper cups and toss! Ask someone else to string the lights outside!
Hark The Herald Angels sing
Play your favorite Christmas music when you're dusting, changing sheets or stressing about your mother-in-law! Soothe your soul!
Tip #6
Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer!
Speaking of mothers-in-law or any in-law for that matter, let your mind wander to a time when mothers-in-law were revered. don't let her bring you down. Imagine...
Emotional blackmail at holiday time is intense! Take a walk and clear your mind and realize you are your own person. Be very sure of what you want this holiday time. You have every right, my friend, to pick and choose your Christmas responsibilities!
Make sure you eat enough protein and drink enough water during this holiday season! Oh, yes! don't forget the chocolate!
See that roaring fire in your fireplace. Stare into it! It's mesmerizing! Breathe deeply and remember the reason for the season! Let that little spark into your heart.
Be a kinder, more gentler person. You can do it! It's in your very soul to want to help others. Remember that when you see a hungry child or pass a black kettle. "But for the Grace of God, go I".
These are some of my tips for surviving this Christmas season!
I ran across this poem a few days ago! I think you'll enjoy it!

Statistically, the odds are great to get pregnant fast. Furthermore, there are some signs of pregnancy that can help in confirming the pregnancy test. Your body produces insulin but carbs can limit how a lot is produced in ovulation, so cut the carbs in any respect costs.
